    1. About the Service

    BuildUGC is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create user-generated content (UGC) style videos, slideshows, and scripts for marketing purposes. By using BuildUGC, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

    2. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

    • You retain ownership of all content you generate using BuildUGC.
    • You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, including any content posted to TikTok or other platforms through our service.
    • You grant BuildUGC a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
    • You represent that you have the right to use any product information, images, or other materials you upload to the platform.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use BuildUGC to:

    • Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
    • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
    • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits, or security measures.

    5. Subscription & Billing

    • BuildUGC offers monthly recurring subscription plans with varying credit allowances.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
    • No refunds will be issued for credits that have already been used.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
    • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    BuildUGC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific results from AI-generated content, or the availability of third-party integrations.

    7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    8. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
